David Muir is an American anchor and journalist best known for his ABC newscast World News Tonight with David Muir as well as for his role in the ABC News magazine 20/20 for which he is an anchor and co-anchor. The most popular news program across America has his thrilling news program featuring celebrity gossips animations, animated gestures and video clips. Made In America is his Emmy award-winning show. He was the main substitute anchor of Diane Sawyer's successor Diane Sawyer before taking over ABC World News Tonight. He's covered a number of show specials during the primetime hours of ABC News some recent ones being Breaking Point: Heroin in America and Flashpoint The Refugee Crisis in America. He's traveled the world to cover news that concern Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti and the Gulf of Mexico. He has been awarded many Emmy Awards, Edward R.
